George Fredrick Lane – Fake Force Recon

11/15/2017 by hombrerana1221

George Fredrick Lane from San Diego was initially reported to Military Phonies (MP) because George, in his portfolio picture, wears a Trident and jump wings.  As MP started looking at his public profile he listed himself as Force Recon Marine.  George also lists himself that after serving on active duty that he was a USMC Officer Reserves from 1968-1994.

Notice the Trident below the jump wings?  That’s a no no…

His Linkedin profile lists him as Force Recon Marine…

After contacting the UDT/SEAL archives, the Naval Special Warfare Center and checking the UDT/SEAL database we found that there is NO record of George Fredrick Lane ever completing BUD/S Training or being assigned to a SEAL Team.

George Fredrick Lane’s records were requested through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

Based on George’s summary sheet, he was on active duty from July 1964 to July 1968. He was discharged from the USMC as an E-5, Sergeant (Summary Sheet lists ‘Sargent’).   He was NOT Force Recon, Not an Officer, nor served in the USMC Reserves, not a SEAL (not sure why he would wear a Trident), no jump school but an extremely impressive record only to destroy it with fabrications.  George received Vietnam Service Medal with 2 bronze stars, 2 Purple Hearts and a Navy Achievement Medal w/Combat “V”.

  3. You just went from an Honorable Discharge as a HERO Marine to a Private Fucknutts POS!

I discharged after doing my 4 years, (Peace time) in the Corps as an 0351 Anti-Tank Assault Grunt because I got injured early on and because I could not consciously and physically carry a fallen brother off of a battlefield situation and cause risk to my fellow Marines or a mission I gave in and rolled out after my 4 years.

You are an embarrassment to the Corps and to every Marine that EARNED that Eagle, Globe and Anchor!

  4. Window Licker says:

This is the reason I have Marines tell me they go through BUD/S too, because they know Marines who wear Tridents…..right…..
