Someone needs to contact Senator Wendy Davis and demand the resolution she sponsored for Ruffert be rescinded.. He never was the recipient of the Legion of Merit, nor was he ever awarded the Bronze Star.. That resolution is nothing but lies.. If she won't have it rescinded, then maybe her opponent for Texas Governor, Greg Abbott, will do something about it.. … ..
