William Hume Harrison aka William “Billy” Harrison from Dallas Texas claims that he was not only in Beirut during the barracks bombing of Oct. 23, 1983, but that he was also in the building during the explosion.

After being alerted to Mr Harrison claiming to have been in the Barracks on Oct. 23, 1983, and noticing that Mr Harrison’s year of birth is 1966. We first check Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) website.
SCRA shows that Mr Harrison served on active duty in the Marine Corps from May 29, 1984 till Nov. 3, 1986.
Knowing the US Marines with the Multinational Force in Lebanon had pulled out of Lebanon in February of 1984, we filed for Mr Harrison’s military service record using the privileges provided under the Freedom of Information Act. (FOIA)
Private Harrison joined the Marine Corps on May 29, 1984. His Recruit training was held at Parris Island SC. His graduation date was Sep. 19, 1984.
He went from there to Marine Corps Base(MCB) Camp Lejeune NC. for training to become a Motor Vehicle Operator. MOS 3531.
Pvt Harrison was transferred to Camp Pendleton CA on Jan. 10, 1985 where he was assigned to the 1st Battalion 11th Marines as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He was later temporary assigned to the 1st Battalion 9th Marines with the same MOS.
Pvt Harrison was discharged from Marine Corps on Nov. 3, 1986 as a Pvt. E-1.
Having all of this information and evidence compiled, Pvt Harrison was approached by one of MP’s investigators of Facebook.

Matching Pvt. Harrison’s DOB with his enlistment date, Military Phonies cannot find the evidence showing that Pvt. Harrison served in Beirut Lebanon with Charlie Company 1st Battalion Eighth Marines . Pvt Harrison’s joined the Marine Corps three months after US Forces had pulled out of Lebanon.
