Karl Avery Dawson comes to us from Paulding Ohio where he likes to tell stories of his service in Vietnam and Beirut Lebanon.
He claims of going on “Special ” missions fighting the war on terrorism where he reports to the President of the United States only.
Photos below are from Mr Dawson’s wedding. He claims the Marine Dress Blue Uniform he is wearing came from the US Government. They sent it to him as a gift after mistakenly identifying Mr Dawson as missing in action (MIA) during a highly classified mission.The Government had already given Mr Dawson a burial plot at Arlington National Cemetery before they realized their mistake.

Actions conducted by Military Phonies
After seeing Mr Dawson wearing the ” Silver Star ” on his Dress Blue Uniform, we first looked for his name to be listed on Military Times Hall Of Valor website. The results were negative. We then checked the Combat Action Ribbon(CAR)/Humanitarian Service Medal(HSM) data base to see if Mr Dawson’s name was listed. The results were negative there also.
Mr Dawson spent almost three years in the United States Marine Corps as a 3072 Aviation Supply Man. He was discharged as a Private (E-1). The National Personal Records Center(NPRC) did not find a record of Mr Dawson ever deploying to Combat. His one and only award was the Rifle Marksmanship Badge.
