Lawrence Wayne Martin AKA Larry comes to us from Saginaw, TX. This was brought to Military Phonies’ attention for Larry’s claims of being a SEAL, a Purple Heart Recipient and a combat veteran during the Invasion of Panama. Larry also claims to have been a Diplomatic Security Service Special Agent (Military Phonies did not investigate this claim).
On a SEAL Facebook page Larry claims to have been in BUD/S class 147.

Another claim of his time at BUD/S, one of our Military Phonies Investigators was in that class and guess what? Yep Larry was not there!!!!
Larry infers he received a Purple Heart on 12/19/1989, looks like he must have hurt himself while on the Shitter. His friend even questioned the legitimacy of the medal.
Then he has the nerve to post the pic again and talks about losing his 4 brothers, this really pisses me off. Now he puts cammies on his son.
ACTIONS CONDUCTED BY MILITARY PHONIES
After contacting the UDT/SEAL archives, the Naval Special Warfare Center and checking the UDT/SEAL database we found that there is NO record of Lawrence Wayne Martin ever completing BUD/S Training or being assigned to a SEAL Team.
Lawrence Wayne Martin’s records were requested through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
It looks like the Navy has never heard of Larry
