Provide Law Enforcement/Security Training, Investigations, Armed/Unarmed Security, Executive Protection and Security Consulting. Lead instructor for Deanovich & Associates working as a contractor for various security companies, including Chenega Integrated Systems, LLC. Was given the task to provide and formulate a plan of action to provide training of over 200 Force Protection (FP) officers in law enforcement disciples within a sixty-day period for a large Federal Protective Services (FPS) contract. After receiving client feedback on subjects and time-table I formulated and prioritized a plan of action, which was accepted by upper Chenega management, and placed into action. I directly provided quality assurance of FP officer training, supervising subordinates, who assisted with implementing my plan of action for training. Responsible for training officers in security and law enforcement subjects for federal installations such as; FBI, FEMA, SSA, FPS, National Guard Bureau, and others. I trained FP officers in law enforcement hard skill disciplines; collapsible baton, OC, defensive tactics, firearms training and qualifications. Platform topics included training of FP officers in; CCTV monitoring, X-ray screening, access control, emergency response, civil/criminal law, alarm systems and techniques in physical security prevention. Developed and provided power point instruction for Department of Homeland Security contract meeting contract and client requirements. Students were required to pass and official ICE /Homeland Security firearms qualifications training, which also included 40+ hours of platform course subjects. Directly responsible for managing staff of instructors and FP officers during all range qualifications and platform training at multiple locations.
