| Has the Vietnam Service Medal w/Device ? |

| Was still going through Boot Camp , Great Lakes at the end of the Vietnam War in 1975. He was then assigned to a ship that was stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. He has failed to file for any correction of his records to show Vietnam waters or Vietnam boots on ground. In actuality the correction SHOULD be removal of the Vietnam Service Medal which has obviously been added to the file in error since he was at boot camp when the war ended in April 1975. |
