Paul Allen Martens, Fake Navy SEAL

Paul Martens has made several public posts about being a retired Navy SEAL. He made these claims where actual Navy SEALs could see them.

So we make a trip to his social media pages to see what else we can find.

So it’s pretty clear that he is claiming to be a SEAL from all this. The worst is yet to come.

The posts from family.

It takes a special someone to spend every waking moment lying to the ones he loves. Martens’ records were ordered by way of a FOIA request.

Martens did serve in the United States Navy. Martens’ only Navy Schools were DK “A” School and an alcohol/drug program. He earned the National Defense Service Medal and a Good Conduct Medal. His duties in the Navy were that of a Disbursing Clerk. Disbursing clerks maintain pay records and process travel claims for the Navy using microcomputer programs. DKs are also responsible for computing the financial reports for all ships and shore bases. DKs learn banking, cash handling, bookkeeping and auditing skills. Martens left the service as a DK3, or E4.

Conclusion

Paul Martens is not being truthful about his claim of being a Navy SEAL. Martens is not listed in the UDT/SEAL database as having completed SEAL Training. His records also do not support his claim.
