BACKGROUND
Brian Andrew Levee comes to us from Creston, Iowa. Levee is 55 years old at the time of this writing – February 2020. On Facebook, he goes by ‘Brian Andy.’ [This was changed only in the last few hours to ‘Andy O’Brian.’]
On Levee’s Facebook profile, it says that he “Works at U.S. Navy SEAL & SWCC Page.” We weren’t quite sure if that meant he was claiming he was a SEAL/SWCC, he works at the organization/website, or both. It links to a podcast that supports a SEAL website.
Levee has several images of SEALs, implying he is either a fan or is associated with them in some way.
A female former soldier found herself engaged in a PM conversation with Levee. Most of these PM screens speak for themselves.
Here he claims he was UDT/SEAL, along with being rifle and pistol qualified…
Here he talks about his special gear…
Here, Levee claimed to know President Donald Trump and Ben Carson…
Here he claimed he likes “blowing the crap out of stuff” and its a “SEAL thing”…

Some people were skeptical and asked Military Phony to look into these claims.

ACTIONS CONDUCTED BY MILITARY PHONIES
After contacting the UDT/SEAL archives and checking the UDT/SEAL database we found that there is NO record of “Brian Andrew Levee” or any other variation of his name ever completing BUD/S Training or assigned to any SEAL teams.
Levee’s military records were ordered through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

DISCUSSION and SUMMARY
Levee’s official military records obtained from the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) show that he spent a little over 20 months in the Navy.
He was accurate about being a ET (Electronics Technician).
He was discharged as a seaman (E-3).
There is no training, schools or assignments to support his claim of being a Navy SEAL or any association with SWCC.
He had no decorations or awards. Therefore, he had no rifle or pistol qualification ribbons.

If the claims by Brian Levee were used to leverage work, military or civilian promotions, or anything else of value, he may be in violation of Stolen Valor laws. State laws may also apply.

Ho Boy another phony baloney seal (sic) in the person of Brian Andrew Levee. Been a few days since we had us a lying, embellishing navy seal (sic) to chew on. Here it comes buckwheat, your newly discovered Google Fame. Brian Andrew Levee/aka Brain Andy looks like you might have made a seal on one of them poor dog’s butt. 20 months slurping at the taxpayer trough, 12 months of it in training? Did you do any work at all during the other 8 months of your service? What you do, sign up, got a free education and then went to work for “The Man?” Coulda just went with what you had and been proud of it, after all, you did rocket all the way up to E-3 in just 20 short months. Coulda been worse I reckon. No moto sickle, no doo rag, no tats, no mirrored shades? You even make a piss poor phony. That meat gazing stare will come in handy in your new gig at Brucie’s Bath House as an Apprentice Towel Fluffer.
Somebody call the Animal Rescue Folks and save them puppy dogs from this lying embellisher.
I have a former shipmate who liked to embellish his career by adding things he didn’t do. Why can’t people be proud of what they did without adding BS??

I’ve noticed that the majority of the clowns telling their lies are in their 40s or older. There seem to be three types, the veteran who had honorable service but never served in a war zone. Now he’s making up shit because he has a fragile ego and feels inferior to those who did go to war. Then there’s the asshole who was a complete shitbird during his short term of service, was booted with a less than honorable discharge, and has to try to make up for it by telling huge lies. The last is the shithead who never served. He thought he was too good for the military when he was young enough to serve. Back then military service wasn’t viewed very favorably and it was said that only losers and morons enlisted. Now that those who serve are getting accolades, this dick feels inferior and has to tell lies in a pathetic attempt to make himself feel better.
Levee seems to fall into the second group. He served during peacetime. We don’t know the reason for his short service. He may have been a shitbird or he might have been a reservist. Either way, he has to try and make himself feel like a real man by telling outrageous lies and putting down the service of others. Levee is a grade A prick who deserves the infamy he’s about to experience.
AND…. any and all Veterans Service Organizations in Iowa need to hear/know about this “Pappa Oscar Sierra” guy to shut DOWN any further actions wherein REAL veterans might be fouled by his lies. Creston, Iowa….get busy. Yep, I was born in Iowa, retired to Central Texas and cannot tolerate embellish-turds and other Posers. H.U.A. Aye, Capt Rick in Central Texas.

Ive made errors in my life. I was kicked out of a training school. But I chose to move on and try harder. Why lie and inflate your claims? Why not just admit that you got kicked out? There arent roving gangs of people who would press gang you into a cult because you failed.
This isnt a sign of growing up, its a sign of mental problems. I wasnt a hero. I salvaged the rest of my time, got promoted, and received an honorable discharge. I hang my head high that I didnt take credit away from people who actually did real stuff overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Where to begin with this douche nozzle?
1) The time listed in ET “A” school at Great Mistakes, IL exceeded 14 months but does not cite graduation. Did not complete his basic “A”. Follow on training that could explain would be listed as next line item on his page 5.
2) A Navy “ET” graduates “A” school with a meritorious promotion to ET3/ E-4. His separation as ETSN shows he was dropped from training either on academic/ disciplinary or other.
3. Service school students do not have an opportunity to perform weapons qualification.
In summary….he is another aging failure in life that can not let his ego be content in knowing he is not even qualified to change the batteries in a smoke detector.
