BACKGROUND
Bryan Franklin Foraker comes to us from Jacksonville, Florida but is from New Castle, Delaware. Foraker is 52 years old as of June 2019.
Foraker claims he was a Navy SEAL in several ways.
He posts bling on his Facebook page…
He wears SEAL bling…
Then, he posts about it to reinforce the SEAL claim…
Within the above thread, he then posts a tattoo of what appears to be a bulldog with scuba gear…
Even his family are surprised he was a SEAL…

After contacting the UDT/SEAL archives and checking the UDT/SEAL database we found that there is NO record of “Bryan Franklin Foraker” ever completing BUD/S Training or assigned to any SEAL teams.
Bryan Foraker’s military records were ordered through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

Here is Foraker in 1992 from his time on the USS Saratoga (CV-60). Notice that there is no SEAL Trident or Jump Wings insignia on his uniform.

DISCUSSION and SUMMARY
Bryan Franklin Foraker has no record of going to BUD/S and no assignment with a SEAL Team over his career. There is also no listing of a SEAL NEC in his records.
The summary sheet shows that he got out as an IC3 (E-4).
He has just under four (4) years service with almost three (3) of them being sea duty.
Nothing in Bryan Foraker’s military records support his claim of being a Navy SEAL.
