Fernando O Fundora – Fake SEAL

Fernando O. Fundora hails from Miami, FL. Military Phonies was made aware of Fernando’s claim of being a SEAL by other retired SEALs. Fernando makes claims that he was discharged because of a pre-existing medical condition, and also claims to be part of the elite unit. Let’s take a look at Fernando’s facebook page.
Here we have Fernando with a mini Trident (SEAL insignia) and a SEAL Team Three pin on his hat. Here is a SEAL Team Three insignia for comparison.
Fernando posted a Trident ring picture that claimed how he was a SEAL and how much it means to him.
Apparently, no one responded to Fernando’s ring pic so he felt it necessary to post it a month later. A friend of his says he didn’t know he was a SEAL. His stupid statement was “Born to Swim and Kill!!!!”
Then he dresses his son with a mini Trident on his hat and one on his vest. A friend that is a father of a SEAL comments and Fernando and talks about his experience in BUD/S…
ACTIONS CONDUCTED BY MILITARY PHONIES
After contacting the UDT/SEAL archives, the Naval Special Warfare Center and checking the UDT/SEAL database we found that there is NO record of Fernando Fundora ever completing BUD/S Training or being assigned to a SEAL Team.
Fernando Fundora’s records were requested through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
Fernando’s summary sheet shows he was in the Navy for approximately 5.5 months and was discharged as a Fireman (E-3). He did not complete Machinist Mate “A” school. His entire time was just in Great Lakes, so NO BUD/S, NO SEAL Command.

Back in 85 it was pretty easy to get booted from the Nuke program. I have always said that was the best test I ever failed, don’t think 24 years O-4 Mustang would have been in the cards as a Nuke.
NA13164 Form says his discharge was “non-academic” from what I can see so that pretty much indicates “shit bird status, should not have been recruited”.
He failed at running the floor buffer while doing his Article-15/Captains Mast extra duty.
So out of curiosity how did he attend the Nuclear Field Program in May 1985 when he wasn’t active until August 1985
