Robert Kenneth Hicks Jr., AKA ‘Inferno,’ comes to us from Prescott, AZ. Military Phonies became aware of Robert by his pictures all over Facebook with him wearing a gigantic Trident hat, Trident patches on his vest, and a Trident sticker on his motorcycle. Apparently he is the “Road Captain” for the American Legion in Prescott, AZ Post 6.

After contacting the UDT/SEAL archives, the Naval Special Warfare Center and checking the UDT/SEAL database we found that there is NO record of Robert Kenneth Hicks Jr. ever completing BUD/S Training or being assigned to a SEAL Team.
Robert Kenneth Hicks Jr.’s records were requested through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
Based off of Robert’s two DD-214’s, he initially served from 1990-2000, no Iraq Campaign Medal, no BUD/S and no SEAL Team. Looks like ‘Inferno’ should change his nickname to ‘Burned’…

This person is not a member of American Legion Riders of Post 6 Prescott, Arizona. As the current Commander of Ernest A. Love Post 6 of The American Legion, Department of Arizona, I will look into any past affiliation with The American Legion Post and its Riders.
If you read the new regulations on the Stolen Valor Act revised 2013 unless he used certain specified Medals in order to obtain (and these are the key words) money property or other tangible benefits, he cannot be prosecuted. The original Stolen Valor Act violated the First Amendment and it was overturned by the Supreme Court. Needless to say he is still a insecure scumbag if he has to prove himself by wearing these fake Awards.
PBM, I don’t think military phonies are presenting a case of stolen valor for prosecution, but MP is certainly trying to make embellishers look foolish.
There is no mention of SV in presentation on Mr Hicks. Most is dedicated to his wear of trident.
