Phillip West Parrish – Fake Navy SEAL

Phillip West Parrish comes to us from Wendell, NC. It was reported to us that Phillip claims to be a Navy SEAL and wears a mini SEAL Trident and jump wings on his motorcycle vest while part of the Patriot Guard in North Carolina.
ACTIONS CONDUCTED BY MILITARY PHONIES
After contacting the UDT/SEAL archives, the Naval Special Warfare Center and checking the UDT/SEAL database we found that there is NO record of Phillip West Parrish ever completing BUD/S Training or being assigned to a SEAL Team.
Phillip West Parrish’s records were requested through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
Phillips summary sheets shows he served in the US Navy for just over 10 years and was discharged as an Airman (AN) E-3. Odd to do 10 years and leave as an E-3. No BUD/S, no SEAL Command, no Jump wings, no matter what excuse he’ll want to use he should never ever wear a Trident especially as a Patriot Guard.

This one, in particular, really pisses me off. I am a proud member of our local Patriot Guard group here in Texas. To have some asshat like this, even if he is actually a veteran, disgrace that service and the service of others by falsely claiming to be what he is not… that just burns me up. I’ll be forwarding this up the line to the PGR and the state captain for his group.
I have just sent an email to the State Ride Captain for NC along with a link to this story. I have also posted this in my local area PGR group’s facebook page.
What are your thoughts on members wearing military insignia/medals/patches that they didn’t earn? Is there guidelines within the PG regarding this? I have a lot of respect for the PG, they have attended the funerals of our fallen brothers

Airman eh? Probably was on weight control for his last 6 years of non motivated service. I wonder if they sent him to CLNC so they could use him as a water buffalo.
