After contacting the UDT/SEAL archives, the Naval Special Warfare Center and checking the UDT/SEAL database we found that there is NO record of Sean Colin Meagher ever completing BUD/S Training, but there is a record of him attending BUD/s and there is no record of him being assigned to a SEAL Team.
Sean Colin Meagher records were requested through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
Based on Sean’s DD-214, he did 1 year, 6 months, 3 days of active service. Sean was discharged as an E-1, (PRAR) Aircrew Survival Equipmentman Airman Recruit. His service record shows he attended BUD/S, Sean arrived on September 30, 1999, and later changed duty stations on November 03, 1999. This is less then 35 days in training (this includes checking in and out processing).

No shame in trying out for SEALS and not making it. It’s not for everyone, and most don’t have the balls to even try. But obviously a major dick stepper, after failing BUD/S gets a great assignment to North Island and then kicked out as an E-1 after a couple months? Fucking loser!
