Joseph Franklin Phillips AKA Joe hails from Trophy Club, TX. Information provided to MP is that Joe discretely tells people he’s a Navy SEAL. MP was unable to locate standard pics most fake SEAL’s wearing ebay purchased Navy SEAL hats or t-shirt. MP was able to locate Joe’s professional profile and look what he was happy to put “Basic Underwater Demolitions – SEAL.”

After contacting the UDT/SEAL archives and checking the UDT/SEAL database we found that there is NO record of Joseph Franklin Phillips ever being or training to become a Navy SEAL.
Joseph Franklin Phillips records were requested through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
In Conclusion
It’s obvious that Joe never attended BUD/S and was NEVER a Navy SEAL. He does not appear in the SEAL Database as having ever attended BUD/s, a prerequisite for all legit Navy SEALS. Joe did serve in the Navy for approximately 2 years and 8 months as a Fire Control Technician Ballistic Missile Third Class (FTB3 – E-4).

I found this guy’s profile on LinkedIn. There is no mention of BUD/S or of having been a SEAL there. I see that you provided the link to his Facebook page, but where did you get the professional profile that you post? Can you provide a link to that one? It would seem strange for a poser to only post that he was a SEAL/Green Beret/Ranger/007/Space Shuttle Door Gunner on one professional profile and not on other sites.
