Valcke seems to think being help captive for 4 weeks at Lackland Air Force base in Texas for basic training , somehow makes him a Prisoner of War.

Of course he needed to be a veteran of some kinda war to be a POW.  I guess he realized he was too young for Korea and too old for OIF so Vietnam here he comes.  He spent a total of 0 (thats Zero, and Nada, Zip, Zilch) days in Vietnam.

As best we can tell Lackland AFB in Texas is about as close to Vietnam as he ever got.  That shouldn’t stop him from telling school kids about being a POW, or maybe someone responsible for letting guests into schools and around children should have checked him out first.

It makes us wonder what other things he may be hiding.
