Perfectly honorable service, but he wanted more. Well, now he gets to be famous for being greedy.
What a shame he wants to steal more and diminish the valor he has.
I did 8 years/4 active 4 inactive/E-4/Desk clerk/Did not fight in any wars/Was just Proud to A Marine/Why do they do this
And that’s what clowns like him do not understand, being a Marine is enough. It requires no embellishing.

I have only one point of contention — MANY folks count it as a deployment if they were sent under orders to a location for even so much as a day….
I’ve never been and never will be anything more than a lowly contractor .. Normally I could give 2 craps about this kind of thing — But when you, yourselves get it wrong even on such a minor point – It makes me doubt the integrity of any of your articles…
