Changing his last name didn’t save him. 

UH-60  Black Hawk Helicopter’s are a US Army Helicopter and did not enter service until 1979 ;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sikorsky_UH-60_Black_Hawk 

The last name on his FOIA matches that of the person that his telephone & address are under ( His mother ). Plus it matches the DOB & SSN used on the request form for his FOIA

    I did know seaman Ricky N. McQuitty from the e-club at MCAS Futema Okinawa but we lost contact after I was transferred to Camp Lejeune,NC until a year or two ago when I received a invite while on a Facebook group
