This guy is a fake. He goes by Andy and I have talked with him for a couple months and he apparently died around September 19th of 2011 on a plane on his way to see me. I was told by a friend of his that I was supposed to get his dog tags after he died. 2013 and I still have not received them. He is nothing but a fake. He also has a profile on a dating site called Metrodate.com and that is where I came across him. When I was talking with him he was based in California from what he told me. Never once did I see his so called daughter Sara. When I did some digging I did find a site where it talked about a William Andrew France that was in the navy but had died. This was posted while I was still in contact with Andy. I confronted him and he said someone had posted it as a prank. This guy is a FAKE!
admiral france has been THREW alot these days. he gets no respect for going THREW udt/buds and not to mention all the work to become an admiral in less that 20 yrs of service, and what ever you do walk beside the admiral, not in front or behind……you might get something THREW at you.

i know William Andrew France.we met off of mingle2.com then we talk on Skype for almost a week.he told me he was an active duty for home land security and he's a us navy seal,an admiral.he told me he had a blood transplant from an bomb went off as he try to destroyed it.and his liver came one so he had to hold it until he got emergency help.he told me his story about his 8 year old daughter and how he lost his wife from giving birth to her.Feb.11 we got in engaged. we supposed to get married tomorrow at Disneyland and stay at the Disneyland resort.he tells me all the wonderful things i want to hear.he even show me is private bank accounts,his F-8 fighter jet plane,his navy seal training all on photos.its weird how a complete stranger shows me his bank account when we never even meet in real life.what makes it worse he has a friend since back in navy seal training in 88. his name goes by the name mike a second admiral commander with his wife Wendy.how all three played with my emotions,act like they my true friends when i find it all bullshit talk trying to cover there track telling me what a great man Andrew is.he goes by his name Andy that what mike and Wendy calls him.but after spending almost a week talking to him on Skype.i found his excuses all bullshit lies.so i got sick of his bullshit lies and dumb him i even block Andrew and his friends off my cell phone.just to let every one know i actually talk to him on Skype about everyday up until now when i drop his lying ass
oh BTW he was on Mingle2 few days ago and he goes by the name navysealandyfrance's.i even have all his private info on him including his cell number,bank account statements,Skype,photos and what he looks like now and before photos.this guy is a scammed and i have report him and his fake ass friend name Wendy and mike to my local police station.so he's being watch as today
